Refund Policy

Returns + Damages
Items cannot be returned, due to the perishable nature of goods. We stand behind our products and hope you are happy and satisfied with your selections. If you are not, please write us with your return request to bewell@wellcraftednutrition.ca. All online refunds will be given as online credit (less shipping costs). if you have purchased a product from one of our wholesale partners, please contact them directly with your return request.

If you receive a product from us that appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at bewell@wellcraftednutrition.ca with a photo of the damaged item. We will remedy this as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
