Bowl of oatmeal topped with yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, nuts, and chia seeds. Wooden table, milk jug in background, cozy mood.

This recipe combines the classic Scandinavian flavors of fresh berries and tangy yogurt for a creamy and refreshing breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Well Crafted Nutrition Breakfast Blend

  • 1 cup milk of your choice (dairy, oat, or almond milk work well)

  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek or skyr yogurt

  • ¼ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • Toppings: fresh berries, a sprinkle of nuts, or seeds

Directions: In a jar or bowl, combine the breakfast blend, milk, and yogurt. Stir well until all the ingredients are combined. Sweeten with maple syrup or honey if desired. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir the porridge, add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency, and top with fresh berries and nuts.
